Hotel Reception Procedure
To receive your orders at hotels, we kindly request you to follow the steps below:
1. Communication with Concierge or Front Desk:
- Before your arrival, please inform the hotel's concierge or front desk that you will be expecting a delivery from Specialty Pharmacy. It is important to provide them with the name of the delivery guy, which will be confirmed to you once your order is processed.
2. Delivery guy Identification:
- Once your order is confirmed, you will be provided with the name of the delivery guy responsible for the delivery. This name should be communicated to the concierge or front desk to ensure the proper receipt of the product/medicine.
Delivery time
Delivery time may vary depending on the distance and the number of scheduled deliveries. We strive to provide efficient service, and the estimated delivery time will be provided to you via WhatsApp once your order has been confirmed.
Confirmation Process
1.Order Confirmation:
- Upon placing the order, our team will proceed to confirm the details and availability of the requested products.
2. Delivery information via WhatsApp:
- Following the order confirmation, you will receive a message via WhatsApp with the information of the assigned delivery person and the estimated delivery time.
3.Additional Communication:
- We will maintain open communication via WhatsApp to provide you with updates on the delivery status and any relevant information.
Important Notes:
- Please ensure to provide accurate details when placing your order to avoid delays in confirmation and delivery.
- It is the customer's responsibility to inform the hotel about the arrival of a delivery from Specialty Pharmacy and provide the delivery person's information to facilitate the delivery.
